The Consultation
Every unforgettable wedding begins with a conversation. During our personalized Google Meet consultation, we’ll discuss your wedding vision, photography priorities, timeline, and the collection that best fits your vision and celebration. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, receive professional guidance, and leave with complete confidence in the experience ahead.
Booking & Securing Your Date
Once your date is officially reserved with a signed agreement and retainer, we’ll begin planning your photography experience together. Together we’ll build your photography timeline that allows you to fully enjoy your wedding day while ensuring every meaningful moment is documented with intention.
Engagement Session
If your collection includes an engagement session, this is where the excitement truly begins. It’s our opportunity to connect before the wedding day, helping you become comfortable in front of the camera while capturing this special season of your relationship. The experience allows us to build a natural connection, resulting in authentic, relaxed images that are perfect for save-the-dates, your wedding website, guest book, or wedding décor.

Your wedding story deserves a grand reveal. During your private Wedding Reveal, you’ll relive your wedding day as we reveal your images and cinematic highlight film (if included). We’ll then guide you through selecting your favorite images and finalizing any heirloom albums, wall art, or custom products that will beautifully preserve your legacy.

How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 9–18 months in advance. Popular spring and fall dates fill quickly, so we recommend inquiring as soon as you’ve secured your venue.
Do you offer both photography and videography?
Yes. We offer photography, cinematography, and hybrid collections so your entire wedding day is captured seamlessly by one creative team.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
Most couples choose 8-10 hours to fully document their wedding day, from getting ready through the major reception events. We’ll help you determine the right amount of coverage during your consultation.
Do you travel for weddings
Absolutely. We happily travel throughout North Carolina and beyond. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
When will we receive our photos and film?
Wedding galleries are typically delivered within 1 month, and highlight films are delivered within approximately 2 months.
Can we customize a collection
Yes. Every wedding is unique. We can customize a collection to fit your timeline, priorities, and vision.
Do you help with the wedding timeline?
Yes. We work with you and your planner to build a photography and videography timeline that allows your day to flow naturally while ensuring nothing important is missed.
How do we reserve our wedding date?
A signed contract and a 25% non-refundable retainer officially reserve your date. The remaining balance can be paid 1 month before your wedding date.
